Douglas Terrier serves as chief technologist and is the senior leader of the office. In this role, Terrier is the agency's principal advisor and advocate on NASA technology policy and programs, helping plot the strategic direction of the agency's space technology program.

Terrier is responsible for the operation, management and programs within the Office of the Chief Technologist. The Office of the Chief Technologist serves as the NASA Administrator’s principal advisor and advocate on matters concerning agency-wide technology policy. Terrier directs the work of the strategic integration and innovation teams, coordinating and tracking technology investments across the agency, working to infuse technologies into future NASA missions and facilitating agency technology governance. He also is responsible for coordination and integration of research and development planning, policies and programs with other NASA Directorates and Offices, NASA centers and other government agencies, industry and academia. In addition, Terrier conducts advocacy activities with technology partners in industry, the educational community, the public, customers, and stakeholders.

Janice Eberly is the James R. and Helen D. Russell Professor of Finance at the Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University and Senior Associate Dean for Strategy and Academics. Professor Eberly served as the former Obama Assistant Secretary for Economic Policy at the U.S. Treasury from 2011 to 2013.

Professor Eberly's research focuses on finance and macroeconomics and has been published in leading academic and policy journals. Professor Eberly was a Sloan Foundation Research Fellow and was elected to the American Academy of Arts and Sciences in 2013. She serves as Editor of the Brookings Papers on Economic Activity and received her Ph.D. in Economics from MIT.

Christine A. Parlour is the Sylvan C. Coleman Chair of Finance and Accounting at the Haas School of U.C. Berkeley. Most of her work is in institutionally complex areas, such as market microstructure, banking and FinTech. Her current work focuses on changes in the payments system, the effects of FinTech competition on banks, and the new business models that have arisen in Decentralized, Automated Finance. She has published in major finance and economics journals. She has been on the Nasdaq Economic Advisory Board, the Editorial Boards of various journals, and past president of the Finance Theory Group, and current Vice-President of the Western Finance Association.

Brad DeLong is a professor of Economics at U.C. Berkeley, a research associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research, a weblogger at the Washington Center for Equitable Growth, and a fellow of the Institute for New Economic Thinking. He received his B.A. and Ph.D. from Harvard University in 1982 and 1987. He joined U.C. Berkeley as an associate professor in 1993 and became a full professor in 1997.

Professor DeLong also served in the U.S. government as former Clinton Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Economic Policy from 1993 to 1995. He worked on the Clinton Administration's 1993 budget, on the Uruguay Round of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, on the North American Free Trade Agreement, on macroeconomic policy, and on the unsuccessful health care reform effort.

Before joining the Treasury Department, professor DeLong was Danziger Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at Harvard University. He has also been a John M. Olin Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research, an Assistant Professor of Economics at Boston University, and a Lecturer in the Department of Economics at M.I.T.

Fabrice Espinosa was nominated Airbus Head of Country and Head of Commercial Aircraft for Korea on July 1st, 2020. Based in Seoul, Fabrice leads the strategy and future positioning of Airbus and its divisions in Korea. In this role, he is responsible for commercial aircraft sales and customer affairs, group-wide government affairs, industrial and joint venture partnerships, as well as the local operations at Airbus sites across Korea.
Prior to his latest role, Fabrice was the General Manager of Airbus Hong Kong, where he oversaw Airbus Commercial Aircraft operations, led the Airbus “One-Roof Project” for an integrated organization, as well as advanced the company’s position with airlines in Asia.
Fabrice has a diverse background in the civil aerospace and defence markets, having worked previously with Thales Group, Safran Group, Airbus Defense & Space division & Air France. Over his career he has worked extensively internationally, with more than 15 years of involvement in the Asia region, including Korea.
Fabrice is a French citizen. He holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School (France), a Certificate of Advanced Studies from Thunderbird, the Garvin Graduate School of International Management (USA) and a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from ISAE-Supaero (France).

Andrew is the Vice President of Sales in APJ Region for Planet. He is responsible for Planet’s business across APJ in respect of all aspects of business development & growth, and customer & partner engagement.

He has close to 25 years experience in technology sales and marketing, having worked for large established companies such as IBM & BMC Software, and more recently with US based unicorn startups such as AppDynamics, MongoDB & SignalFx before joining Planet in November 2019.

After serving as Energy Advisor to the French Finance Minister(2002-2004), he joined the Group in 2005, working as Business Development Manager for Total Downstream Asia, based in Singapore. In 2008, he is appointed Total E&P Qatar JV Business Development Manager and in 2010 Managing Director of Total E&P Libya.

In 2011, he became Total E&P Qatar Managing Director and April 1st. 2014, the E&P Senior Vice President Middle East & North Africa and a Member of the Management Committee of the Exploration and Production segment.

On March 1st, 2021, he is appointed President of Gas, Renewables and Power segment and Member of the Executive Committee.

Jeroen is highly driven by the purpose of creating a healthier future for our children. With his team he builds strong partnerships and aligns value chains to bring sustainable solutions to the Chemicals and Polymers market. Jeroen started his career at DSM and held several leadership positions at GE Bayer Silicones, Momentive and Hexion. Jeroen holds an MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering and Management Science and completed the executive Global ONEMBA.

Ellen is a teaching fellow at the London School of Economics where she teaches courses in the field of International Political Economy. Her research focuses on private governance and environmental politics. She writes on the diffusion of private sustainability standards, the variety of standards in the Kenyan flower sector and the impact of environmental disasters on reputation and the impact of reputation on financial performance of firms. Besides that, she is interested in monetary policy and is the organizer of a series of discussions on this topic.
